NaiNest operates an online property advertising platform that enables verified real estate agencies, property developers, and other approved property professionals to advertise properties to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.

We do not own, sell, lease, manage, inspect, value, or broker properties listed on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Property listings may only be published by approved advertisers, including verified estate agencies, real estate professionals, and property developers.

Advertisers are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Protecting account login credentials.
• Ensuring all listings are truthful, accurate, and lawful.
• Updating or removing unavailable listings.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their listings. All property information, photographs, videos, descriptions, prices, floor plans, and related content must be accurate and not misleading.

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing.
• Request additional verification or documentation.
• Remove content that violates applicable laws or our policies.

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.
• Conduct their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction.
• Verify property details and ownership documentation independently.
• Seek professional legal, financial, or property advice where appropriate.

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

Nothing on the Platform creates an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between NaiNest and any advertiser, user, buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or developer.

Advertisers act independently and are solely responsible for their services and transactions.

Any negotiations, agreements, contracts, payments, leases, purchases, or other transactions arising from property listings occur solely between the parties involved.

NaiNest is not a party to such transactions and accepts no responsibility for disputes between users and advertisers.

The Platform, including its design, content, logos, trademarks, software, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to NaiNestx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without authorization.
• Use our trademarks without written consent.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of the Platform.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant or guarantee:

• The accuracy of property listings.
• Property ownership or title.
• Availability of advertised properties.
• The reliability of advertisers.
• The suitability of properties for any purpose.

Users must independently verify all information before making decisions or entering into transactions.
